Yes, Benefit Packages DO NOT include concert admission.
Venues often require that admission tickets be sold exclusively through their designated ticketing partners, which is why we cannot include them in our Benefit Packages.
As a result, benefit packages are sold separately from concert admission.
To participate in any benefit package, including fan engagements, concert admission must be purchased. Without concert admission, you cannot enter the venue in order to attend the fan engagements included in the benefit package.
Please note that tickets are non-refundable if these protocols are not followed.
