No they do not. The Benefit packages that are available depend on the artist management. All Benefits offered for a tour must be approved by artist management.
Tickets tiers (Premium vs General) also vary per tour.
The Benefit Package and Concert Admission Ticket information will be released before tickets go on sale with all the information needed to make a decision on which tickets you'd like to buy.
