Benefit Package Holders will enter the venue before concert admission ticket holders as they need to be inside the venue for pre-show Fan Engagements.
If a Tour has MULTIPLE Concert Admission Tiers (Premium and General) then after Fan Engagements are over, Benefit Package Holders are split up based on their Concert Admission Tier. Then they will choose their spot for the show based on Queue Number Order similar to the example provided below.
Example:
Premium Concert Admission is first:
VVIP+ Benefit Package Holders with a Premium Concert Admission Ticket, VVIP Benefit Package Holders with a Premium Concert Ticket, then VIP Benefit Package Holders with a Premium Concert Admission Ticket and finally, just Premium Concert admission Ticket Holders.
Next would be the same, but with General:
VVIP+ Benefit Package Holders with a General Concert Admission Ticket, VVIP Benefit Package Holders with a General Concert Ticket, then VIP Benefit Package Holders with a General Concert Admission Ticket and finally, just General Concert admission Ticket Holders.
If a Tour has ONE Concert Admission Tiers (General) then after Fan Engagements are over, Benefit Package Holders would NOT be split and simply choose their spot in Queue Number Order.
Example:
If the concert only has ONE Concert Admission Ticket (for example, just GA) then VVIP+ Benefit Package Holders would choose their spot first, then VVIP Benefit Package Holders, VIP Benefit Package Holders, and then GA Ticket Holders.
